About the Advisory Committee
The SARTREX Advisory Committee plays a crucial role in guiding the strategic direction, integrity, and overall success of the program. Comprised of experienced professionals from Search and Rescue (SAR), disaster response, emergency management, and related fields, Advisory Committee provides expert counsel to ensure that SARTREX remains aligned with its mission and values. They all serve as volunteers.
The Advisory Committee operates independently from daily SARTREX management but collaborates closely with the SARTREX Leadership, including the Program Lead, Selection Committee, and Executive Team, ensuring accountability, innovation, and sustainability within the program.
